The document describes an internet cafe management software that was developed to computerize the manual process of managing user details and billing. Abstract
Internet cafe Project is management software specially developed for internet centers for
managing daily user’s details, billing information, machine records, rate settings, transaction
details, machine records, new machine records and daily reports.
Daily there are many users who are visiting internet café and at present manual methods are
used for managing user details and billing management. In order to computerize this work
cyber café management software is developed. Using this application we can manage all these
works through online.
Existing System:
In existing system internet café are working on manual management process where users
information and billing details are updated in records.
Proposed System:
Using this software entire process will be computerized and information is updated to
database. Daily there are many users who are visiting internet café and at present manual
methods are used for managing user details and billing management. In order to computerize
this work cyber café management software is developed. Using this application we can manage
all these works through online.
