Normally Use Case Diagrams are used but the pictorial information in it is so small that an MS Word Table is sufficient. What is more it can also provide space for "Use Case Goal" which is very important for Use Case Modeling.
Tables are quick and easy to create and edit. No need to waste time to draw and label diagrams. One can still do it if necessary after creating the Use Case TABLE. Try.
A Use Case Table can spill over into multiple pages but a diagram cannot!
UML 2.5 allows TABLES to be used for diagrams. So, there is no compulsion to create diagrams spending a lot of time.

IT Requirements (Stage 3)In addition to the functional requireme.docxpriestmanmable
IT Requirements (Stage 3)
In addition to the functional requirements for a new system, the IT requirements must also be developed. We will do this by evaluating the applicability and importance of a list of IT characteristics. The requirements that are identified as relevant to the business process will form the IT (technical) requirements for a system. In evaluating and selecting an IT system, both the functional (business) requirements and the IT requirements need to be considered. The areas that need to be considered in developing the IT requirements are listed below in the Table of IT Requirements, which is similar to the one you will complete in the Stage 3 assignment. Only a few of the rankings and explanations are filled in here, but your table will rank and explain them all. (Be sure to use the table and instructions provided in the assignment.)

The system must be able to handle an increase in the number of users and devices being used for Returns during peak hours. The same system is used for inventory and in the Checkout process, so the entire system needs to be able to handle a large volume of customers if necessary. Walmart expects its business to continue to grow, and returns will grow along with the rest of the business.
Reliability/ Availability
High
In order for the expedited process to work, the system must be up and running and be available for use. It must also process the return correctly. The system must be accurate in the information it provides.

The Communication Network in the Walmart store must be operational in order for the devices to interface with the system. If the network is inoperable, the Greeter must revert to the old process. The internet connection must be operational for the data to be passed to the Corporate Headquarters system.

In this particular case, only a few of the IT considerations evaluated above are unique to the customer return process. This is because there is a large transaction processing system (POS) and inventory system already in use. This solution is merely expanding the capability by making the return process portable and increasing the number of returns that can be processed at one time with no increase in staff. It also is important to note that so ...

6. EXISTING SYSTEM
Under existing system, the most horrible situation comes when shop owner have
to find particular cd on the demand of customers during selling process.
Existing system as work on manual system, so shop administration only takes
responsibility of preparing bills which includes the details of purchasing date, type
of products, total price including taxes.
There is no provision of maintain the customer records in order to make inform to
their customers about their latest product and services provided by their shop.
7. CURRENT PROBLEM
Excel export has not been developed for DVD and Customer due to some
criticality.
The transactions are executed in off-line mode, hence on-line data for customer
and
Off-line reports CD or DVD cannot be generated due to batch mode execution.
8. AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT
As internet sales are increasing from day to day we can implement a web based
DVD Cafe management system through which Customer can buy products
through online.
This feature will increase sales as well as cost for implementing will be high and
there should be daily maintenance.
9. PROPOSED SYSTEM
As this new system will be fully automated, so manual processing will be not required
to achieve any task. This system will not only keep records of the cassettes which are
being sold under this shop but it will also able to maintain records or their customers
and make modifications as and when required.
Admin will have the option of getting all the records by using single option provided
under the cd shop menu section.
To make easy processing work, admin have to only enter the correct option without
pressing any other button and this system will identify their choice and take action
based on their selected option.
10. INPUT-OUTPUT REQUIREMENT
All the fields such as DVD are validated and does not take invalid values to get
proper form of output.
This software take customer detail as an input and generate the record of the taken
detail as an output.
The software also take the detail of DVD to make stock as an input and also
generate the record of the DVD as an output.
This software calculate the fine according to the calculation of date that is taken as
input.
Each form for Customer and DVD can’t accept blank value fields.
Avoiding errors in data.
Controlling amount of input.
11. HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE REQUIREMENT
Hardware Requirements:
The minimum requirement of turbo c is acceptable to run this software.
MINIMUM PROCESSOR: Pentium 3/1.4GHz or above processor.
SYSTEM TYPE: X86-based OS
MINIMUM RAM SIZE: 512MB or above
HARD DISK: 1GB or above of available space
MONITOR: 800*600px or above resolution display.
Software Requirements:
OPERATING SYSTEM: Window XP, Vista, 7 or above.
COMPILER USED: Turbo C++ 4.0 all windows Application.
12. CONCLUSION
This is to conclude that the project that I undertook was worked upon with a
sincere effort. Most of the requirements have been fulfilled up to the mark and the
requirements which have been remaining, can be completed with a short
extension.
The further implementation is perform in this software are connectivity to internet
that the customer detail so online and the every detail related with organisation
are also so on the internet.
The main technical field of this project that can be developed after the enhanced
version of this software is that it can calculate the profit or loss of the organisation
that help to get the financial position of the organisation.
