1. DISEASE REPORT INFORMATION
SYSTEM
Disease Report Information System use to interaction between users and doctors. A user can
see various tips and precautions posted by the doctors related to various diseases and health
related problems. Registered members can ask their questions and our related doctors post
their reply through this helpline.
The ordinary persons can register either as doctor or users. If the doctor post the answer the
admin check and allow or reject it. The admin and the doctor has the power to add disease and
its symptoms. They can also add precautions for this disease. The user can view disease, its
symptom and precautions for it. They can also view the detail of doctors and their photo,
contact details etc. It helps the doctor’s publicity. Using this site the doctors can share the files
(treatment information/or any scanning/X-ray result etc) of patient or any other to the other
doctors.
EXISTING SYSTEM
This project mainly deals with automating the task of the E- care system that helps many end-users
to know the solutions for their request within no time. Helpdesk Technology can be done
manually but there may be problems that have to be faced so to overcome such problems we
need to automate the Help Desk System.
If the system is maintaining the list of all the details of corporate users and corporate clients
manually it will take a lot of time to retrieve even single information such as retrieving or
deleting single information becomes very difficult task.
The updating for the list such as creating a new creating new end-user details or creating new
corporate client details and including the details of the categories and the modules that are
created newly by the super user becomes very difficult manually. Once all information is

2. provided manually it becomes quite difficult for updating the records with new information
manually, so we automate the system to overcome all such difficulties.
PROPOSED SYSTEM
The system acts as an online encyclopedia of health care. Clients can view the details of
a specialist. Search and find the symptoms of a disease and their precautions. Find the latest
health care tips. Clarify their doubts by asking related doctors.
