• Assisted US Outlet Store Retailer with development of streamlined store organization
structure. Implemented chain wide weekly store budgeting and scheduling best practices,
improving overall company Sales-Per-Labor-Hour (SPLH).
• Assisted Canadian Discounter in reengineering store best practices and standards.
Integrated the labor standards into budgeting process, reducing store labor costs.
