Management and over 15 years of successful outside business to business sales, marketing and
consulting experience with three of the most established million dollar global/nationwide
transportation carriers, and currently, one of the world’s top 50 Industrial MRO distribution

Professional experience/Relevant duties include:
• Responsible for generating new client revenue and profit by acquiring new customers and
developing existing relationships in over a million-dollar assigned territory.
• Actively hunt/cold call, and qualify new business opportunities, demonstrate high quality
items to appropriate decision makers. Develop an understanding of the prospects
perspective and knowledge of their needs and requirements
• Accountable for enhancing the many products and or services to fit each account and
their specific supply chain/MRO needs. Employ strategies to maximize growth and
profitability by providing world class service.
• Arrange company-customer liaisons for updates on services, latest product releases,
necessary price adjustments and necessary increases.
• Accountable for building long term and maintaining tactical relationships with customers
while developing and implementing strategic business plans to ensure clients’ satisfaction,
account growth, and client retention
• Applies knowledge of customer business models and operating procedures and offers world
class service and sales solutions that support the customers’ strategic business plan
• Enhance customers’ productivity by training them with technology solutions such as web
site tools and provide them with necessary reports to maximize efficiency.
• Build and strengthen relationships by using quality entertainment with creative and
original customer outings.
• Enhance the critical role of realization of the vision of my company/carrier as a leading
quality MRO Distributor or LTL/Supply Chain transportation carrier, continuously
monitor competitive climate
• Demonstrate flexibility, identify and solve issues while implementing a general quality
process which includes the five-step problem elimination process (Define the problem, fix
the problem, identify the root cause, take corrective action, evaluate and follow up
