 When have you
experienced internal
conflict?
 A time when you said
yes but it felt like a no
 A time when you said
or did something
which didn’t feel right
 A time when you saw
something wrong and
didn’t intervene
 Or…..something else
 When have you felt
completely in
alignment?
 A time when making a
big/significant decision
was easy
 A time when others said
you were wrong/foolish
but you did it anyway
 A time when you felt
good about yourself and
what you were doing
 Or…..something else
What did you notice?
 Internal conflict is a symptom of our values being
compromised
 Going against our values creates stress and
expends more energy
 Choices feel limited when we are not living our
values
 Our capacity for connection increases when we
are in alignment
 We attract the right people and opportunities
when we are in alignment
Questions to ask yourself
 What are my values?
 What is most important to me?
 Do I live my values everyday?
 Where in my life do I need to be more aligned
with my values?
