A 32-year-old male farmer presented with pain in his right leg for 1 year. He reports a sensation of heaviness and swelling in his right ankle region that worsens in the evenings and with prolonged standing. On examination, dilated veins were visible on the medial side of his right leg and ankle. Tests were positive for varicose veins. He was prescribed a single dose of Phosphorus 200c to be followed by Saccharum Lactis 200c three times daily for 15 days. Lifestyle advice included regular exercise, avoiding prolonged sitting or standing, and elevating his legs twice daily.
