This document summarizes the case of a 50-year-old male teacher presenting with 4 months of palpitations and sleeplessness, and 2 months of heaviness in the head. The patient's symptoms are worse at night and with exertion. He is irritable, angry, and brooding. Based on the patient's presentation and modalities, the homeopath determined the case to be psora-sycotic predominant and prescribed a single dose of Natrum muraticum 200c to address the patient's hypertension. Lifestyle changes including a DASH diet, reduced salt and fat intake, and morning walks were also recommended.
