Last year, we worked on a project where we trialled the design sprint process created by Google Ventures. We’d identified an opportunity. We had a segment of the market that we weren’t serving particularly well and when we had a look around, it seemed that nobody else was either. The area was ripe for disruption and we believed that if we didn't disrupt ourselves, somebody else would. This talk covers: 1. what a design sprint is 2. some of the modifications we made to the Google Ventures process 3. a few practical tips that might help if you're running your own sprints
