The document describes the development of the FPMS (Final Project Management System) which is divided into 5 main modules. It outlines the interfaces for users (students), admins, lecturers, and panels. The interfaces allow users to view student and project lists, register and approve projects, upload/download documents, and edit personal information. Functions like student and lecturer registration, session creation, and password changing are also accessible through the different interfaces.

1. 5.2 System Development
The development of FPMS is divide into 5 main module.

3. Figure 5.2.5 Log in
FPMS require login through matrix card number and IC number. Which IC number is
the password and they can change the password after log in into the system. The login is to
ensure only authorized user can login to the system. Admin, lecturers, students, panel will see
the same login page.

Admin enable to register students in FPMS through Student navigation in upper bar of
the system. Admin have to key in all the student details inside the system.

Student able to edit their own information that have been register by admin.

the project details and also select the supervisor for their project. The project approval need to be
approve from panel and lecturer before they proceed.
