User EXperience
    Design

 Tecnopuc Lightning Talk 23/08/2012
O que é UXD?
Design da UX (Experiência do
         Usuário).
UX... Mmm, fale-me
 mais sobre isso.
Boa ou má, sempre há uma
 experiência. Melhor se ela
       for projetada.
Peraí... projetada?

Uma experiência pode ser
      projetada?
Agora vamos
 falar de...
This helps create an overall brand
                                Brand experience
                              Experience:
                           My overall feeling about
                            the product is good

Desirability: The way it look and feels must be
I like the way the product pleasing
                                 look and feels

                                                                           Functionality, people must
                               Usability: be able to use
I am able to use the product easily

                                                                                     UX starts by
                                 Utility: being useful
It is useful to me. It meets my needs

UXD é empatia.
Mas não vamos confundir:
  você não é um usuário.
“Be a user of your own product.
Make it better based on your own
desires. But don’t trick yourself
into thinking you are your user.”

Evan Williams, founder Blogger & Twitter
“Our customers did a lot of stuff
that I would never do. We think
differently. We solve our problems
differently. We have different
needs and wants. Repeat after me:
You are not your customer.”

             Eric Ries, Lean Startup leader
“Get Out of the Building.”

Tá bom. E onde eu
entro nisso tudo?

Editor's Notes

  • #12 HCI is partially out of the circle because of its different (non-design) traditions and methodologies, and also because of its focus on pure research. Industrial design (and, in truth, architecture should do this too), pokes out of the circle because it has involvement in areas that do not directly involve the user, such as manufacturing (or in the case of architecture, building) specifications.
