 Use the info learned in the cultural lessons for this unit
 Use one of the suggested Web 2.0 tools and
incorporate the written and audio portions
 You may complete and upload separately if necessary
 Since you will be doing some describing in the past
tense (classes, teachers, etc.) remember to use the
imperfect forms of ser (we use ser for description)

  • 2.  Each week I will try to recognize students for various accomplishments…  Today I would like to give a shout out to Victoria who is part of JROTC and plans to enlist in the Navy then earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Science 

  • 5.  Part 1: write about the school experience you had “while in Spain”  How did you get ready each day? Me levanté a las siete…  What classes did you take? Tomé las clases de…  What teachers did you have and what were they like? Tuve los profesores de…y eran…  What sports or activities did you participate in? Participé en los deportes de …y los clubes de …  Be sure to use background info from the school website you choose  Example: En España yo asistí la escuela Colegio Altair
  • 6.  Part 2: record yourself telling another student who is thinking about going to Spain to study about your favorite things about school, the culture , etc.  Use the info learned in the cultural lessons for this unit  Use one of the suggested Web 2.0 tools and incorporate the written and audio portions  You may complete and upload separately if necessary
  • 7.  Since you will be doing some describing in the past tense (classes, teachers, etc.) remember to use the imperfect forms of ser (we use ser for description)  Examples:  The school was large=  La escuela era grande  My teachers were demanding=  Mis profesores eran exigentes
