setting members up on the bike, reviewing form and positions on the bike.

tubing with handles and a Silver Sneakers ball are offered for resistance.A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support.This class can be
adapted by the studentdepending on their fitness level and abilities.Itis suitable for beginning to intermediate skill levels.

Use mostlyyour own body weightand occasional small equipmentin this calorie zapping class.It’s a total body work-out: for core, cardio, and muscle

Tactical Hapkido This Specialty Class is based real life, “street” self-defense scenarios.Effectiveness is based on technique,notsize or strength,and is well suited for, but not restricted to: general population wanting to develop self-defense skills,individuals 12 and older,elderly,women,and persons with disabilities. PLEASE NOTE: Class is Pay As You Go: $12 until June 30, $15 beginning July1 Silver Cycle Tailored toward the needs of our older, but still active members looking to reap all of the benefits that cycling offers. The instructor will spend time setting members up on the bike, reviewing form and positions on the bike. Silver Sneakers Classic® Move through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscle strength,range ofmovementand activities for daily living. Hand-held weights,elastic tubing with handles and a Silver Sneakers ball are offered for resistance.A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support.This class can be adapted by the studentdepending on their fitness level and abilities.Itis suitable for beginning to intermediate skill levels.
