Elly has 7 years experience as a Disability Support Officer and has created All Abilities Fitness to provide accessible fitness classes and training for people with disabilities. She has several qualifications related to fitness training and disability. All Abilities Fitness offers group fitness classes, 10-week programs, and personal training sessions tailored to individual abilities at gyms in Sunbury and Melton.
1. HI, MY NAME IS ELLY
I have been working with people with a
disability in gym environments over the
past seven years in my experiences as a
Disability Support Officer. Many gyms are
not accessible, and most trainers do not
have the knowledge nor the time to support
each individual appropriately.
I strongly believe that everybody has the
right to learn how to improve their fitness,
health, and quality of life. This is why I have
created All Abilities Fitness.
I have completed the Certificate IV in Fitness
Personal Trainer, CrossFit Level 1 Trainer,
CrossFit Kids Level 1 Trainer, Powerlifting
Coach, and Certificate IV in Disability.

All Abilities Fitness hosts group fitness
classes, 10 week programs, and one-
on-one personal training sessions for all
abilities. All classes are for persons 16 years
and over. Younger people may be eligible
for one-on-one personal training sessions.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Our trainers focus on assisting you to
improve your foundational movements such
as squating, lifting, bending over and
pressing. We do this by increasing your
strength, flexibility, stamina, endurance,
power, coordination, balance, accuracy,
agility and respiratory/cardiovascular
health through different exercise methods
like gymnastics, weightlifting, sports and
metabolic conditioning.
WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?
We coach you from start to finish so you
can get the most out of your workout.
Our one hour sessions include:
• Dynamic warm up
• Techniques and skill work refinement
• The workout of the day
• Cool down game
• Stretching and mobility work to help
you recover
All of our programs will will be scaled to
suit you and your personal abilities.
