In this tutorial you
will learn:

How to sign up and
log-in with Asana
How to use its workspace by
creating tasks or projects

How to assign tasks to
team members
How to maximize its features for
team collaboration

Open web browser, type
www.asana.com

You will be directed to
the website

To register, type
email address

Open email to verify
registration

Click Verify your email
address

Click to confirm in your
email inbox

If you register with
personal email, you will
need to register with
work email too

Enter a work email
address

Verify registration in
your work email

Asana video
presentation will appear
on the screen once you
successfully registered

Complete Profile then
Click continue

Enter email
address and
password to
log-in

NOW LET’S START

Click the button if
you assign a task to
someone

This is personal so I
will click Assign to
Me button

My profile picture
shows, which means
I will do the task

Pressing Enter after
each task, you can add
another task

Add a task within this
task, Subtasks can
have different
assignees and due
dates

You may click if
task is completedc

Click to track time
spent on this task

Sign up with Harvest
if you don’t have an
account yet

Harvest is a paid
account

You can start
using a free 30-
day trial

ATTACHING FILE TO
THE TASK OR
PROJECT

There are different ways
to attach a worksheet in
Asana

GOOGLE DRIVE

You must sign-up with

extension in keeping
