- for illegal purposes
- dishonoring the management
 Division of Trade Union

 Reduced Punishment
- though interference of trade union
- less punishment/ no punishment
- increases crime
Problems of Trade Union

- about legal rights
- about their duties
 Lack of Unity
- for political influence
- separated trade unions
Problems of Trade Union
 Financial Problems
- low subscription rate

- no proper staff and organization to
collect the subscription
Problems of Trade Union
 Getting Proper Wages
- through collective bargaining
- economic security
 Favorable Working Condition
- by satisfying workers
- increasing productivity
 Better Policies
- sharing ideas with the

Prospects of Trade Union
 Restraining Unfavorable Management

Prospects of Trade Union
 At last we can see,
- in Bangladesh, the environment which is
needed for establishing an effective trade union is not
available.
- but if it is driven positively, the workers may
become the golden asset for our country.
- so, I think, the government should play a
positive and significant role to stop unethical and
unlawful activities of trade union for the betterment
and development of our country.
Conclusion
 They may build more consciousness
through experts about their legal rights and
duties for the organization and for the
country.
 They may operate one trade union for one
industry.
 They may employ paid union official to
evaluate the demands of workers
 The government may impose effective and
strict rules and regulations
