Background of the study
General Problem
General Problems (IICM WEB-BASED) The manual way in processing the evaluation of the
professor in IIC Manila need to have a time management as well as to get the result immediately to

make the changes on how to improve the teaching of our professors.
Specific Problem
• The process of evaluating a professor in IIC Manila is done manually.
• The evaluation process is not properly categorized.

• Student’s attendance in evaluating is not properly monitored.
• Not authorized personnel may view the confidential content of evaluation form.
• The manual system is only evaluating one professor at a time.

Background of the Study
The company offers different services such as brand new and second hand cars and car parts. The
company currently depends on the manual system for gathering customers information and

scheduling.
General Problem
The company are having a problem and not fully satisfied in traditional way of buying and selling of
car and car parts.
Specific Problem
• The customer are having problems that is mostly on time management.
• Lack of file management that has been the problem of the manual system.

• The manual mode of the data storage when buying and selling of car and car parts, produced
unwanted but expected discrepancies with respect to record management.

Background of the Study
General Problem
The study would like to find out the cause of delays and mismanagement of schedules and
appointments for RED Models and Talents Manila that renders to lose of target clients, artists, and

applicants.
Specific Problem
• What are the requirements the Agency needs to approve and schedule an appointment, go-see or

interview?
• How does clients, applicants, and artists request/apply for an appointment, go-see, or interview?
• How long it takes to process the application form of the applicants?

• What are the obstacles a client or the administrators of the Agency encounters throughout the
current process?
• What are the immediate actions being made by the administrators to avoid or prevent the said

process issues?
• What are additional processes that shall be implemented in order to have a smooth flow of
scheduling of appointments?
