As the Sr. Program/Project Manager I am responsible for building an internal team of 30+ individuals with
various backgrounds and responsibilities towards a common goal of efficiency and quality. As the primary
escalation point to Fiserv’s largest hosted customer, I work with executive sponsors from various internal
and external groups to ensure expectations are realistic and proper process is enforced to maintain the best
quality possible. In 2013, I took over a failing Online Banking project for the largest Credit Union in the
world and within nine months brought it from bright Red to Green with a record level of goodwill.
Recent Innovations
 Implemented a new Tech. Lead -> Dev. Lead -> Developer management structure.
 Introduced role clarity and mentoring for PMs, BSAs and technical resources.
 Successfully installed new Change Management, Requirements, Design and Code Review processes and
templates as standard solution delivery activities.

practice and standardize SDLC process across their Digital Channels Division. The first project assignment
would be Fiserv’s largest custom Online Banking implementation, for the world’s largest Credit Union.
Standard responsibilities involved directing global team resources to meet milestone objectives while
focusing on efficiency and quality and addressing gaps in existing process. Work with project sponsors to
organize and document requirements, design and architectural components for a variety of functional

Innovations
 Managed a Large Tier Customer Process Improvements initiative for a new Digital Channel’s practice
model. This project became a corporate spring board for defining the role, practice and activities
required of PM, BSA and Technical Role engagements with a Large Tier implementations.
 Presented Proposal to increase BSA staff and increase efficiency and margin by leveraging these
resources for small and mid-tier enjoyments.
