Responsible for design of enterprise, data driven, and web based applications for PEMCO Mutual
Insurance Company and PEMCO Corp. accommodating business process, system automation,
database integration and facilitating its’ use in distributed business solutions. Managed projects through
the SDLC using Waterfall, RAD and Agile development methodologies and MS project management
suite for scheduling, cost management and reporting.
One of the founding members of the XP Agile development team of 40 developers and 20 QA testers.
Team developed storyboard application used for development of enterprise applications for the
Insurance Company based on TDD and CC-Net for continuous build integration beginningJuly 2006.

Developed Configuration Management Database (CMDB) in VB.NET and MS SQL to provide ITIL
Framework for capturing all datacenter mainframe, server and network device configuration information.
Refactored the LifeQuote Application to provide agents ability to write and save quotes. Included many
security features including encryption of user and customer sensitive data. Developed features in WSS
3.0 SharePoint Designer for EvergreenBank.Com web site. Implemented insurance scoring for auto and
home owner lines of business around a BizTalk 2004 based orchestration and developed custom send
and receive pipeline components.
Managed development and project for a Corporate Hierarchy Facility, developed in C# and MS SQL to
interface mainframe DB2 data for automated claims and administration of user access from a web client
via linked SQL servers. Managed company intranet and provided development support for Pemco.com
and supported a wide variety of legacy systems in VB6 and classic ASP.
June 1998 to April 2000 Weyerhaeuser CompanyIT-Consultant Web/Database Lead
Responsible for enterprise web project management, analysis, data planning and modeling, design,
development, documentation and maintenance for new extranet/internet/intranet web sites dealing with
Weyerhaeuser business processes and systems. Waterfall SDLC methodology used for projects.
Some of the major accomplishment included: Business to Business Extranet web site focused on
ContainerBoard Packaging business web site. This data driven site provides box designers from a
variety of companies with the ability to securely and collaboratively upload/download box designs.
Provided consultation and development for Timberlands IT business unit to generate web based maps.
Other development efforts included client/Server development using VB 6.0 to develop land
acquisition/disposition automation system. Provide mentoring and support for exchange server client

Responsible for analysis, design, development, documentation, on-line help and maintenance for new
and legacy applications involving all aspects of PSNS security processes. Project management duties
consisted of facilitating and data gathering interviews to provide business and technical advice insuring
business rules and processes for management, user data requirements and government regulations are
adhered to regarding confidentiality of information. Using existing reports and screens develop data
usage diagrams and logical data systems for data planning and data administration activities.
Several major accomplishments were:development of a data dictionary serving as a data definition and
characteristics repository. Use of the data dictionary provided information about data in existing systems
and significantly reduced data requirements in new projects. Also developed drivers and wrote front end
windows application for integration of new Navy enterprise wide badging system printers.

Developed integrated MIS featuring graphics on demand, fully configurable reporting and query
capability with statistical process control techniques, a Capital Asset Budget System managed
$360,000,000 dollars in projects, an Operating Expense System that processed and analyzed
expenditure forecasting of $114,000,000 annually.Created the Facilities MIS providing visibility, control,
integration of Capital and Expense systems and scheduling of all aspects of job requirements from
