     Identified need and led the design of check optimization workflow solution that enabled clients to
      eliminate Proof Departments and associated costs. Developed and utilized business case tool to assist with the
      sales process. Solution was sold to SunTrust, BB&T, First Horizon, Citizens Bank, and Key Bank clients with an
      average revenue stream of $2 million.
     Conceptualized, partnered with key clients to define specifications, and oversaw the design of patent-
      pending Enhanced Reject Processing workflow solution, enabling one customer to project $5 million in yearly
      savings. Solution was purchased by Federal Reserve, First Horizon, and Citibank with an average sales price of $2
      million.
     Led all efforts to build a dedicated Quality Assurance team and to implement software release best
      practices. Introduced quality metrics to identify root causes of customer reported problems, eliminating nearly 100% of
      customer reported errors for 2 solutions and reducing reported errors by an average of 57% for two other solutions.
