Hello, I’m joseph Thomas! I was born and raised in
phoenix, Arizona. I’m trying to pursue a career in sports
whether it’s with a major sports company like the NFL or
create my name off social media. I’m currently working
for fry’s which is owned by Kroger. From this job I’m
gaining many experiences such as customer interaction
and teamwork. I’m a headworker and have great time
management skills. My goal is to have a career in sports
or move up with fry’s. I am very determined and ready for
any challenge.

very hard worker and very calm and down to earth. Also, I’m

4. Target Audience
• WWE: To get a job with the company I need to know the product and
need to be able to connect with McMahon family. I need to get my foot in
the door I’ll do this by applying for either a internship or entry level job. Ill
showcase my hard work ethic for them and move up.
• NFL: To get involved with the company I could build my reputation by
starting a podcast and building my social media base. I’ll send a email to
Rodger Goodell listing my qualifications and why they should hire me. I’ll
keep calling back until they give me answer to show case dedication.
• Fry’s: This is easier because I already work for this company and
already building my reputation with my store. All I have to do is be cross
trained in other areas and then I'll be able to work my way up the
company if I decide to stay.
• People: This is the most important target for me I need people to
follow me and be interested in me. I’ll connect with them through email
and through social media have and show case my knowledge of sports
and make them fall in love with me as a person. It’s all about connecting
with your audience. This is how will make my name known in the sports
world.

5. Goals
Short Term: Following Graduation I will
continue to work at Fry’s for 2-3 years and
become a manager (1 year) to build my
reputation so I can get great recommendation. I
will also be building my sports media page and
start a podcast (3 year to become established)
Mid-Term: After 5 or 6 years at Fry’s move on
and dedicate all my time to sports. Hopefully
continue to run my sports page and podcast.
But start applying at major networks like NFL,
FOX, ESPN, WWE. Get a job either in
management or an analyst. 5-8 years. Grow My
career in sports an become a dominant figure 8-
10 years.
• Long Term: Continue calling
games! My goal is calling a
Superbowl or WrestleMania in 15-
20 years. Then become a hall of
famer either with the NFL or WWE
and retire in about 25-35 years.
Then go back to Fry’s and work
part-time as like a cashier for
another 10 years the officially retire.
And enjoy the rest of my life.

Primary Tools: Instagram and Twitter will be the focus then get a website later. Post
