Theseus was sent by the king of Crete into the labyrinth to kill the Minotaur, a monster that was half man and half bull. With the help of a rope from the king's daughter and other prisoners, Theseus was able to find and slay the Minotaur. Upon returning home victorious, Theseus forgot to change the ship's sails to white and his father, believing him dead, committed suicide by jumping into the sea.

1. Theseus and the Labyrinth
One day the king of Crete took Theseus
and put him in a labyrinth to find the
Minotaur and kill him.
The minotaur was an ugly monster like a
bull.

2. Minoa's daughter gave Theseus a rope so
that if he killed Minotaur, he could return.
There were other people that went to kill
Minotaur, he found them and all together
went to find and fight him.

3. When they found him they all ran because
they were scared. Only Theseus were so
brave to kill him.
Soon he won the fight and returned to his
island.

4. He had promised to his father that if he was
alive he would put white sails. If he was dead
the boat would have black sails. When he
returned, he forgot to put white sails. His father
saw the black sails and he jumped to the sea
and died.
They were all happy that Minotaur died and did
a celebration with dances and sings.
