These four stories describe great adventures involving figures from Greek mythology: 1) Phaethon drives his father Helios' chariot and loses control, nearly destroying the world before being killed. 2) Bellerophon tames the winged horse Pegasus and completes tasks, but his pride leads to his downfall. 3) The giants Otus and Ephialtes kidnap gods until outwitted by Artemis. 4) Daedalus and his son Icarus try to escape from King Minos' prison by wing but Icarus ignores warnings and falls from the sky.
