come up with new and
improved ways of doing
things to enhance
productivity to ensure that
the organization is ready for
tomorrow’s competitive
world.
Employee Training for Optimal Performance
As a part of understanding the cultural environment HRM’s need to make
sure that all employees have a sense of security and safety on the job.
Performance Goals that Help Supervisors

Manager (HRM) is required to
execute the HRM systems
within socially rich cross-
border network structures.


                               HRM’s are obligated to
                               manage collaboratively while
                               maintaining discretion in
                               responsibility for the HR
                               function within their
                               individual organization.
Culture

 When doing business
   internationally all
  managers need to be
    aware of cultural
     expressions of
   meanings and they
must really be aware of
the role and importance
 of cultural differences
   and similarities in
 workers from different
        cultures.
The question has always been “Who is
responsible for maintaining a productive and
positive work environment?” There is no
simple answer. When we look at the complete
outlook of the positive work environment the
organization is where the process should
began. The organization should ensure that
their management staff has unlimited
resources for the training and educating of all
employees. HRM’s need to have a vast library
of effective and cost efficient resources that
can train, motivate, educate and empower the
workers. When expanding a company globally
the workers should be included in the
information process so that they understand
the changes that the company will be going
through.

HRM’s must come up with new and improved ways of doing things to enhance productivity to ensure that the organization is ready for tomorrow’s competitive world.

  • 8. Culture When doing business internationally all managers need to be aware of cultural expressions of meanings and they must really be aware of the role and importance of cultural differences and similarities in workers from different cultures.
  • 9. The question has always been “Who is responsible for maintaining a productive and positive work environment?” There is no simple answer. When we look at the complete outlook of the positive work environment the organization is where the process should began. The organization should ensure that their management staff has unlimited resources for the training and educating of all employees. HRM’s need to have a vast library of effective and cost efficient resources that can train, motivate, educate and empower the workers.
