The importance of self-acceptance
Introduction
 Have you ever thought to yourself that in order to
increase your self-esteem and happiness, you
would need to have few or no negative qualities
at all?
 Or have you ever try to get rid of your negative
qualities because you think you will become a
happier person?
Cannot change your negative
qualities
 Even though you only want to hold on to
your positive qualities, you will
encounter a lot of suffering if you do not
accept your negative qualities.
 Your negative qualities are a part of you
 You cannot change something that is
already a part of you
Everything in life has two sides
 In life, everything has two sides,
including human beings

right side

the term negative
Qualities of Human Beings

 You cannot have positive qualities without
negative qualities

have to accept your negative qualities
 Your negative qualities develop your positive
qualities
 When you try to get rid one of your negative
qualities, some other negative quality will
manifest to replace the old one
What does self-acceptance means?
 Self-acceptance means you have to
accept whom you are completely from
the inside and outside, both positive and
