• Ex: attend research study group with a
family member
• Learn entrepreneur skills
• Ask people if there are any workshops/study
groups
• Reach out to host
• Attend the small group with a family
member
• Benefits:
• More comfortable in learning
• Adapt knowledge and skills more
efficiently
TIP #3 | LETTING
SOMETHING GO
• Not the right fit
• Ex: enrolled in a course
• Decided to withdraw
• We're not going to pass the class or
• Does not align with your education
• Why it is a risk:
• Not familiar with withdrawing
• Reach out to an advisor or counselor for options
• Do own research
• Look at the same course
• Different universities
• Professor might provide better teaching
methods/skills
• Should not degrade confidence
• Only you will know which options are best
