HOW TO INCREASE YOUR SELF-ESTEEM:
Self-Acceptance
ACCEPT YOURSELF
 As a human being, you tend to only want to have
positive qualities, but you will encounter a lot of
suffering if you do not accept your negative
qualities because they are a part of you.
 When something is already a part of you, it is
difficult to change or get rid of it.
 When you want to change something that cannot
be done, you will encounter a lot of suffering.
TWO SIDES TO EVERYTHING
 Did you know that everything in life, include human
beings, there is always two sides to everything.
 For example, the color black cannot exist without
the color white.
 A left side cannot exist without a right side.
 In this case, you cannot have positive qualities
without negative qualities.
ACCEPT YOUR NEGATIVE QUALITIES
 So if you want to keep your positive qualities, you
have to accept your negative qualities.
 If the term positive exists, then the term negative
has to exist.
 You cannot have one without the other.
 If you try to delete one, the other will also be
deleted.
YOU ARE NOT PERFECT
 As a human being, you cannot be perfect, which
means you have to have negative qualities.
 It does not matter what you do, you will always
have some kind of negative quality.
 For example, if you are able to get rid one of your
negative qualities, some other negative quality will
manifest in place the old one.
 The more you put yourself down for your negative
qualities, the lower your self-esteem.
ACCEPTING YOURSELF
 Self-acceptance means accepting whom you
are completely from the inside and out, both
positive and negative.
 A great thing about being a human being is that
you have the ability to label which things are
negative and positive.
LABEL YOUR OWN QUALITIES
 Negative and positive are just terms that are
being labeled on things and people, but the true
meaning all depend on you.
 When you label something positive, that means
something else has to be labeled negative.
 When you label some of your qualities as
negative, it does not necessarily mean that they
are bad.
