Test Video
Reflection &
Review
Tasks
• BEFORE you start this proforma, make sure you have
exported your 2 videos from Premiere and embedded
from YouTube to your blogger
• Make sure you have sent your blog address [NOT the
login page address] to your tutor
• Once your Key film and test music video are exported
and uploaded you can then clean up your files and
delete the footage from the computer or archive to
One Drive
• Then you can begin!
• Feel free to add extra slides, notes, images, etc where
necessary – make sure you answer the section fully.
Make a point with an example, explain this and link to
other points and your future practice
Filming - camera
1- when filming, one thing that went well was finding things/places to
film. It was easy finding places that looked cool/ appealing on camera.
2- another thing that went well was that because we didn't have to
create a storyline I could film whatever I wanted without over thinking
it.
3- one thing that was a little difficult was trying to film enough footage
without making my project look repetitive.
Filming - people
1- when being filmed one thing that went well was that me and my
friend worked well together and got along, which made it easier
2- another thing that went well was that having my friend there helped
me to come up with shot and angle ideas
Editing
• 1- editing was the most difficult thing as I wasn’t full sure how to use
premier yet but I watched some videos about it on YouTube and I
quickly figured it out. I also partially used capcut as it’s a lot more
easier and its on my phone so I could do it from anywhere
Reflections – what have you learned?
I properly learned new camera shots and how to use them to create a
desired effect. I also learned how to section my time better and work
under a set date.
Action Points
1- knowledge of proper camera equipment (tripod, ect)
2- knowledge of chopping and selecting footage
3-working under a time limit
4- working outside of my comfort zone
5- use of non copyright footage and overlays
