  1. Mokymo(si) organizavimo ir vykdymo aplinkoje suaugusiųjų mokytojas patenka į kuo įvairiausių santykių tinklą, kur nuolat susiduria su gausiais reikalavimais ir lūkesčiais. Paprastai mokymo(si) vedėjas sukasi lauke, kurį sudaro jis pats (jo kvalifikacija, asmeninis tikslo įsivaizdavimas, identitetas, poreikiai, lūkesčiai), dalyvis (jo lūkesčiai, poreikiai, išankstinės sąlygos, kvalifikacija, gyvenimo nuostatos, mokymo pozicija, nuomonės, tikslai, kritika, patirtis), užsakovas (reikalavimai ir lūkesčiai mokytojo ir renginio atžvilgiu: mokymo tikslai, turinys, nauda, sąnaudos) bei visuomenė (kultūra, etika, moralė, normos, vertybiniai vaizdiniai).
