• Legal age (marriage, elections 16-18 years
old)
• Social recognition (social status 25-35 years)
• Psychological (personality) maturity

• Can look at themselves from the outside
• Can understand and identify their behavior
• Has a certain level of knowledge and life
experience
• Acknowledges the changes
• Can change opinion and attitude
• Is not afraid to be wrong.

  1.   Konkreti patirtis – pažinimo etapas, kai mes priimdami informaciją esame supami faktų ir įvykių. Juos fiksuojame savo pojūčiais ir tai yra duotybė, kurios pagrindu mes kaip nors elgiamės.   Reflektyvus stebėjimas – naujos patirties permąstymas, apsvarstymas, naujų faktų derinimas su turimais. Šis etapas leidžia geriau suvokti tų pačių faktų ir įvykių esmę, jų tarpusavio priklausomybę ir vietą. Mokymosi požiūriu šis etapas yra reikšmingas, nes refleksijos dėka įsisąmoniname savo santykį su nagrinėjamu reiškiniu, įvykiu, įvertiname tai, ką sužinojome, pamatėme, patyrėme.   Apibendrinimų, sampratų, koncepcijų formulavimas – etapas, kai patirtus ir apmąstytus faktus bei reiškinius integruojame į darbų seką. Šio etapo metu faktai ir reiškiniai grupuojami, sisteminami, randami jų sąlyčio taškai su jau patikrintais veiksmais ir teorinėmis schemomis, kuriamos koncepcijos.   Sampratų, koncepcijų, galimybių tikrinimas naujoje situacijoje – veiksmų etapas, kai dalykus, kuriuos pažinome, apmąstėme, sujungėme į vieną visumą, imame taikyti savo veikloje.
