Cox modeling displayed that 5YS of LCP significantly depended on: N0-N12, T3-4, blood cell circuit, cell ratio factors (ratio between cancer cells-CC and blood cells subpopulations), LC cell dynamics, recalcification time, heparin tolerance, prothrombin index, protein, AT, procedure type (P=0.000-0.031). Neural networks, genetic algorithm selection and bootstrap simulation revealed relationships between 5YS and N0-12 (rank=1), thrombocytes/CC (rank=2), segmented neutrophils/CC (3), eosinophils/CC (4), erythrocytes/CC (5), healthy cells/CC (6), lymphocytes/CC (7), stick neutrophils/CC (8), leucocytes/CC (9), monocytes/CC (10). Correct prediction of 5YS was 100% by neural networks computing (error=0.000; area under ROC curve=1.0).

- 1. I picked A top down side scroller from the Game Maker demo tab and I decided to add 3 sounds to it; Ambient air as you fly through the sky, explosion sounds when you shoot down someone or get shot down and a gun shot sound. Wind explosion Gun fire
- 2. To add any sounds to the game you must first create them. Open the resources tab and click Create Sound. A Sound Properties window will pop up.
- 3. When the sound window opens, click on the file directory next to the name of your sound and find the file you want to use and click ok.
- 4. For my ambient Wind sound I Wanted it to only play when your plane flies through the air so I attached it to the “Myplane”. To attach a sound to an object you double click the object, Drag the bullseye under Sounds in the main1 tab, select your sound from the drop down menu then click Ok and click Ok again. If everything saved correcty you should be able to play the game and hear your sounds.
