Deli Field Merchandiser (09/2010 to Present) was a temp from 02/2009 to 09/2010
VONS
Oversee continuous development of Deli managers and clerks across the district through coaching, mentoring, and
establishing a team-driven culture. Visit stores daily to identify opportunities affecting sales, customer service, shrink,
cleanliness, food safety, new initiatives to drive profitable income and sales and shares results with department managers,
their teams and store directors, follow up visits, shares and communicates new merchandising plans to meet and obtain
sales and gross and assure teams are properly trained, review audits, and inventory results, assists with opening new and
remodeled stores.
 Currently 100% staffed with 17 Service deli managers and 17 stores, 3 deli clerks in the mentoring program to
become deli managers
