 Recruitment:
 Technical & Non Technical
 Understanding of specific requirements from the business groups and initiating the
recruitment process and function in strict adherence to definite targets and timelines.
 Strive to seek competent candidates matching the complete description of work requirements
and client specifications
 Identifying the right tools (Networking, Headhunting, Database and Internet)
 Conducting the preliminary telephonic interview to understanding candidate’s
competencies, like: interest towards the job, technical skills, qualifications, etc., for
determining their suitability to match business requirement, & making them understand
their roles & responsibilities.
 Making the relationship with the clients.
 Taking a new business from the clients.
 Sourcing and identifying individuals within the relevant industry on basis of client requirement
using Job Portals, Internal Database, Headhunting and Networking.
 Short listing and Pre-screening resumes according to their suitability in terms of
candidate skills and levels of expertise.
 Discussing opportunity with candidates including negotiating salary aspects.
 Preparing resumes and sending to clients.
 Created, posted and maintained job openings on several major websites such as Naukri,
Monster, and Timesjobs.
 Scheduling & organizing interviews for candidates selected by the clients and debriefing them
post interviews.
 Recruited, and selected staff for our company.
 Generating monthly/weekly/daily reports.
Saisun provides recruitment support by way of assuming 80 to 90% of the pre-selection process and
proactive database building exercise, leaving our client to enjoy the privilege of final selection within a
short time frame.
Key Deliverables
Working with Leading Recruitment Firm as Sr. H.R. Executive in Jabalpur. I m currently handling
recruitment profile for Reliance Cement. Pantaloons Retail,Have to headhunt and shortlist
candidates for the company for the profiles assigned to me. Have to co-ordinate with the team leader
and the H.R. personnels of the company for the shortlisting of the candidates. Have also worked on
profiles for KPIT Cummins,Wagh Bakri,Limtex infotech, Egis India,Prabhat Group,J.P Hospital,
Pantaloons, HOME TOWN Future Group, Ocean Centre, VRS Foods, for positions like Sr.
Associates,CPA,ONSITE-PROGRAMMER A.V.P.’s, V.P.’s, Cluster Heads, Sales Head, Sales
Manager, MIS Executives, Asst. Managers, Project Manager , COO, CEO for these profiles.
 Handling Recruitment for sectors like FMCG, Telecom, Software, Banking & Insurance,
Manufacturing, Construction, Mediaand many others Like ,Retail, Oil Gas,
AUTO,Infrastructure Overseas Project, Coal Mines, Mines, Engineering, Service Industry,
Company.
 Searching and sourcing profiles as per the requirements and specifications given by the
client company, by means of headhaunting, references, networking and job portals depending

requirements.

 Sourcing the profiles matching the company's requirements through available in-house

 Internet based headhunting by using search engines to find out hard skills, User
Groups/Mailing Lists and screening the candidates according to the requirements.
 As a Sourcing Executive was the one point contact between the candidates and the Clients in
Recruiting.
 Coordinated with the HR department of the clients on the same.
 Initial Screening & HR Interviews:
 Screening profiles for clients requirements.
 Coordinating with the candidates through email/phone and personal meeting.
 Interviewing the candidates to check the soft skills
 Feedback to the candidates about their application processing and confirmation Additional
