Accordingly, we are able to ascertain a best-fit not only in terms of suitability of experience but also personality and career goals.<br />The benefit is that clients are only presented with CV’s for applicants who we believe are the best match, eliminating the sending of large numbers of unsuitable applicant details. We NEVER put an applicant’s CV forward to a vacancy without discussing it with them first.<br />

Current legislation is particularly stringent with regard to eligibility to work within the UK. We interview all candidates within this industry face to face. No individual is interviewed without an appointment.<br />We appreciate that companies use agencies for a variety of reasons and as such any supplier of temporary labour needs to be reactive. Our bespoke software allows us to contact large numbers of operatives by a variety of methods including SMS.
