 Raising POs for the vendors of Accenture to make payments for the
candidates hired through them.
Scheduling
 Generation of reports for daily volumes received and also daily work
allocation to the team members.
 Ensuring along with me, team is scheduling interviews on time as per the
Hiring Manager’s request.
 Handling special requests (withdrawn, no show candidates, rush request &
rescheduling)
 Chasing interviewers for feedback so that candidate can be informed about
the interview outcome on time
 Ensuring noiseless delivery by setting up calls with the recruiters, hiring
managers to ensure that the team understands the client expectations and
the team is able to meet their expectations.
Research and Analysis :
I did an indepth research and analysis for the Graduate Recruitment for the
Onshore team, where in I found out about the maximimum amount of hires,
where I found out about the job board, the location and the universities we get
the maximum successful candidates, which helped the onshore team in prepring
their marketing Stratergies and getting good amount of successful candidates.
Business Excellence :
We had a BE review every 3 months, wherein I have helped my supervisor in
preparing BE Deck.
