- R4 which passing through MRT track is controlled by ERP,
• Rate differentiation especially during peak hour
• During peak hour, the rates may change, depends on traffic volume
to create traffic volume distribution
• Large vehicles subject to higher rates
- R2 is directed to alternative track provision of parking building

The provision of bicycle tracks to promote the use of bicycles as an environmentally
friendly mode of transportation thus MRT should also provide space for cyclists
Pedestrian sidewalks have also been developed by the government of Surabaya. Until 2013, it has been
built at 42 locations along 52.82 km on the following road sections :
