Memastikan operasional Store
berjalan lancar antara lain dgn
mengatur jadwal karyawan,
berjalan baik.
Melakukan salesmanship/proactive in
selling dan pendampingan
salesmanship/proactive in selling
kepada front liner.
Menjalankan fungsi SPI (Sistem
Pengendalian Internal) sesuai dengan
perintah SM (cash opname tiap bulan,
stock opname berkala, dll).
Memberikan penilaian serta memonitor
aspek kinerja dan aspek perilaku
terhadap petugas operasional yang
menjadi tanggung jawabnya.

Memberikan report dan evaluasi
bulanan/progress report meliputi
strategi & program kerja untuk capai
target.
Bekerjasama dengan supplier dan
counter untuk promosi internal store
(sewa space, sewa shop-front, area
promo dengan sepengetahuan SM.
Melakukan pengendalian biaya
controllable (tlp, listrik, biaya
lembur, dll).
Memberikan pembinaan dan
motivasi bagi karyawan yang
menjadi Tanggung Jawabnya.
Menjaga produk dari kerusakan
& kehilangan.
Membina hubungan baik dengan
pihak eksternal.
Menjaga citra perusahaan.
Meningkatkan produktivitas
ruang jual dengan melakukan
strategi mix product sesuai
pasar.
