1. Bring out only the materials needed: one black or blue
ballpen, one scratch paper, and a calculator.
2. No cellphones shall be used or viewed during the test.
3. Communicating with one another in any manner, side
glancing, and standing are not allowed during the test.
4. If there are questions for clarifications, they should be
addressed only to the teacher.
5. After answering the last item, remain seated and quiet.
You may review your answers and change them if
necessary.
6. At the conclusion of the test, all writing shall cease.

are misprints or missing items.
