4. If there are questions for clarifications, they should be
addressed only to the teacher.
5. After answering the last item, remain seated and quiet.

necessary.
6. At the conclusion of the test, all writing shall cease.
ACTUAL TEST
1. Get one copy of the four-page test

2. Scan your test questionnaires to see if there
are misprints or missing items.
3. Answer the 30-item test for 30 minutes only.
