Usman leads a group of 20 diversified companies known as Usman's Group. With over 57 years of experience, he provides guidance to upper management on improving performance and utilizing skills to benefit the companies. He teaches management how to establish beneficial partnerships with well-known foreign manufacturers and how to import products at good landed costs to resell at profits. His goal is for all companies to remain profitable with increasing profits year over year. He plans to develop integrated websites and customized software for remote management of all business matters. So far 6 of the 20 companies have been activated with the rest planned for activation by the end of 2016.

1. Summary
I have a vest diversified education & experience that how to run a company which gives the profit.
Now I am become an old-man (57 years & 11 months & 10 days on 27-10-2015) and have many
personal body problems but still I am active and founded & managing a group of companies which
known as M/s Usman’s Group.
And this group has 20 different companies in diversified area of the industries and I am frontally
leading these companies.
In my responsibilities included to give the guide line & instructions to marketing, sales, import,
inventory, warehouse, stock, accounts & admin upper part of the management that how they should
be maintain & improve their performance and can be used their skills & capabilities and become
beneficial assets of the company.
Every company will have maximum foreign worldwide well known manufacturer of different products
/ commodities as its business partners and I am teaching the relevant management that how to be
make a foreign worldwide recognizable manufacturer as our business partner at our own terms &
conditions.
And how can make the landed cost of any imported products to be good enough which will have to
be re-sale to company's clients either purchase order has already been taken from the company's
client or will have to be taken.
And how to bargain to buy the required products / items on cheaper cost to re-sale these products to
the company's clients on best margin. And beside all to teach the relevant management how they
can cut-down the group / company’s expenses.
And many more things on the bases the company will have to be remain continuously run in profit
and every year it's profit percentage go up n up but anyhow should not to be down in comparison of
previous years.
To manage & handle the all business related matters from anywhere in the world, I am going to be
get make a unique web site of every company which will have to be integrated with a unique
customized software which has HR, Accounts, Pay-Roll, Procurement, Inventory, etc but mainly with
business analysis modules.
At the moment the 06 out of the 20 companies have been activated practically and the remaining
companies will have to be activated practically by the end of next year (2016).
