Quickly became a valued asset at this top producing store for the third largest big box retailer in the US.
Managed one of the largest selling floors (196,000 SF) in the company, supervising 40 sales associates and
generating $12M in annual revenue at peak. Responsible for apparel, jewelry, footwear, hosiery, and infants
including infant hard lines. Most recently supervised 20 sales associates generating about $5M in sales.
Since 2002, K-mart has experienced bankruptcy, restructuring, store closures, workforce reductions, and
declining sales. Thornton location will close December 2016.
Ranked #1 apparel department in the 7-state region from 2008 through 2011.
Generated 42% of overall store revenue from 33% of the store’s floor space.
