What further control
measures are required when
and by whom
A person could bump into some
of the equipment or break a piece
of equipment such as lights or
projectors.
Someone could trip over wires of
necessary equipment that needs to
be around the camera such as
lights or camera tripods and this
could result in an injury
potentially to the persons head or
lower body.

Make sure that the equipment has
been safely and responsibly moved
out of the way and that nothing is in
the area that I will be taking photos
in.
I will make any other person in the
room aware that there is wiring in
the selected areas and that there is to
be no running or any hasty
movements in the room.
If someone does manage to
collide with any other piece of
equipment in the room then the
equipment could be potentially
damaged far lot worse than the
person so a teacher would have
to be informed about the
damage.
If someone trips over anything
then I will make sure that they
are okay and if they aren’t then I
will call on a senior member of
staff to come and overlook the
situation and see if there needs to
be any other emergency
measures should be taken.
