Move any chairs and tables away
from the camera and put to one side
were nobody can trip up on them.
Ensure all bags are positioned to
the same corner with the unneeded
furniture.
Ensuring only the models needed
are in their and shutting the door to
prevent others coming in.
Making sure there is no food and
drink near the lights, camera or any
plug sockets so nothing can be
spilled and damaged.
Making sure all wires and cables
are tidy and compacted together in
an appropriate way so there is less
chance of people tripping over
them.
I will go five minutes earlier
than everyone else to re arrange
the tables in a safer format.
I will also cordon of the area
which we will be using to
assure un-wanted people won’t
be in our way and shut the door
once all my models and camera
crew are inside the studio.
I will also ensure that when the
lights or backdrop is adjusted
that all safety measured is
carried out again.
