Stress is the imbalance created in a
persons body due to some problems or
some unfavourable situations or work
demands posed on him.
So Stress is actually the thing that
makes the mind and body respond to the
external things in order to finish it or get
out of it.
4. So as Stress is making us respond to the
external pressures then it must be a
good thing.

And so is with the Stress too!
So the stress is divided into
1. Positive stress
2. Negative stress
7. 1. Positive stress : when the stress is at
an optimal level it is called Positive
stress.
Positive stress does the following things
Motivates, Focuses energy
Feels exciting
Improves performance
It helps to increase our abilities

stress goes beyond the optimal range
then it is called Negative stress.
Negative stress does the following things
Causes anxiety
Feels Unpleasant
Decreases performance
It will also effect the health and may
cause severe disorders.

So in order to be Happy, to feel pleasant
and to improve our performance we
need to keep stress into the optimal
range.
And this act of keeping the Stress at the
optimal point is called Stress
Management.

about the causes and the one which
causes Stress is called Stressor.

1. Awareness : we must be aware of the
factors causing stress.
2. Organized : we must plan and organize
our work so that we get time to relax
and avoid stress.
3. Don’t postpone action : Delaying work
gives a scope for stress.

situations of life, this will relax you and
boots immune system.
5. Get a Hobby : when you do what you
love then it helps you to divert your
mind from unwanted stress.
6. Deep Breathing : It brings back your
tensed body to the normal condition.
7. Take short breaks: Taking short breaks
in between works boost your energy.

is must for a person to be relax and calm.
9. Exercise : Daily exercise will burn of the
stress chemicals in the body.

important thing one should to reduce stress,

respect and harmony which will directly kills
the stress.
