Stress as a physical, mental, or emotional response
to events that causes bodily or mental tension. In
other works its effects our body or mind.
Stress produces numerous symptoms which vary
according to persons, situations and severity.

depression.

Acute Stress: It is usually for short time and may be
due to work pressure, meeting deadlines pressure
or minor accident. Symptoms of this type of stress
are headaches, back pain, stomach problems etc.
Chronic Stress: it is a prolonged stress that exists for
weeks , months and even years. This stress is due to
poverty, broken marriages, failures in life etc.
