5 contracted lawn maintenance technicians, 1 draft person, and 5 project engineers. Led the committee in charge to revise policies and procedures to

Mayaguez Bulk Chemical plant. Tasks included, among others, P&ID development at Corporate headquarters, pursue for development of detailed
engineering drawings at local engineering firm, bid documents development, lead of competitive bid process, contractor selection, contract award and
management, supervise 3 field inspection engineers / technicians, led construction meetings, involved in punch list development together with resources
from US, and contract resolution for claim by contractor. Served as liaison with governmental agencies like: PRIDCO, PRASA, EQB, PREPA, DOT, EPA.
Provided technical assistance to the whole plant and served as liaison between corporate resources and site’s management. Distributed workload among
department’s resources that consisted of 1 draftperson and 3 project engineers. Headed the plant’s security subcontractor of a $350K budget and 13
employees. Designed piping distribution systems and selected process equipment such as heat exchangers, pumps, mixers, reactors, air compressors,
chillers and cooling towers.
