Director of Operations & Projects – Prometheus Energy Group
In addition to the duties as Director of Projects (see below), responsible for managing
the development and implementation of Field Operations processes and procedures,
establishing and measuring safety and performance metrics, reducing/optimizing Cost
of Goods and Services, as well as overheads/SG&A. Data capture and reporting
developed include: Safety Observations, Incident Reporting, JSAs, uptime reliability,
downtime cause, effect and repair details, onsite LNG volumes, Preventive
Maintenance schedule and completion, inventory control, and field purchase
requisitions.
• Representative customers include but are not limited to: Shell, Ensign, EnCana,
Antero, Apache, Noble, Anadarko, Halliburton, Schlumberger, Aggreko,

Responsible for managing all aspects of operations of the Lisbon LNG production

cost estimates for capital, operating and logistics expenses; negotiation of Terms and
Conditions; as well as account management and customer relations.

Responsible for EPIC estimating, cost control, and scheduling.
• Deep Water Production, Gulf of Mexico, Business Unit, BP. Responsibilities
included Long Term Planning Report to Corporate Management and development of
Project Services procedures, processes, and programs for the Business Unit.
• Nakika Phase II Project, BP. The project included drilling and completion of two new
wells with tie-backs to the existing Na Kika platform.
Project Services Specialist – JP Kenny
Responsible for developing cost estimates, schedules, and proposal documentation.
• Ibhubesi Full Field Development, Forest Oil. The proposal included three Tension
Leg Platforms, ninety-nine wells, onshore and offshore export pipelines, and all
interconnecting pipe and umbilicals.

Montell process area, finishing and shipping areas, and all related offsite and utility

project control team of five people. The project included grassroots cat feed
hydrotreater, distillate hydrotreater revamp, grassroots sour water stripper, sour
water stripper revamp, electrical feeder system, flare unit, and cooling water tower.
• FCCU Modernization Project, Star Enterprises, Convent, Louisiana. Supervised a
field project control team of two people. The project included an FCC unit revamp
and turnaround, alkylation unit revamp, offsites and a new cooling tower.
• FCCU Rx/Regen MSCC Plant Conversion, TransAmerican Refining Corp., Norco,
Louisiana. Supervised a field project control team of two people. The project
included an FCC unit revamp, gas plant revamp, alkylation unit revamp, new flue
gas scrubber, C3/C4 treating unit revamp and offsites.
Senior Cost Engineer - Jacobs
Responsible for tracking and reporting TIC project cost, and for scheduling engineering,
procurement, and construction.
• Shell NOD Project and OFH Project, Norco, Louisiana. The project included
fractionation, caustic, compressor, quench, dryer, and utility areas.
Home Office Scheduler – Litwin & Jacobs
Responsible for scheduling engineering, procurement, and construction.

included the Montell process area, finishing and shipping areas, and all related
offsite and utility areas.
• East Plant DCS Modernization, Hess Oil Virgin Islands Corporation, St. Croix.
Responsible for scheduling engineering, procurement and construction.
• Reformulated Fuels Program, UNOCAL, Los Angeles Refinery, Wilmington,
California. The project included mid-barrel blending, pentane storage,
rundown/transfer piping, electrical power distribution, reformate splitter addition, and
alkylation fractionation revamp.
• Jose Upgrader Project, Total/Maraven/Norsk Hydro/Stat Oil, Jose, Venezuela.
Responsible for scheduling Phase I (pre-basic, basic, and detailed) engineering,
procurement and construction; and cost control.
• Hess Oil Virgin Islands Corporation, St. Croix (Offsites). The project included frame
5-25 megawatt gas turbine generator, rundown/transfer area, advanced wastewater
treatment unit, butane spheres, purge treatment unit, and LPG unit.
