This document outlines Justine Sares' project to redesign the physical education (PE) experience at New Jerusalem School District. It describes conducting research by asking students about their PE experiences, which revealed feelings of chaos, disorganization, and stress. The main issue is the overwhelming number of students from multiple schools mixing together with limited space at the end of the day during PE. The project goals are to increase student engagement and receive positive feedback from both students and teachers. Potential solutions involve having students assist in supervision and improve communication between classes.
