candidates who are seeking work, and
passive candidates who are not actively
looking but who would move for the right
career opportunity. Our talent acquisition
methods include the following activities:
Access
At Staffline Permanent we have an
extensive, up-to-date talent pool of active
and passive candidates, giving us quick
access to the best talent. We pro-actively
search and shortlist candidates that match
your role, values and vision.
Attract
We manage an ongoing, pro-active and
comprehensive candidate attraction
programme across a wide range of job
boards and media. We also employ
traditional recruitment methods such as
window advertising in our High Street
locations and referrals. We pre-select
candidates using competency-based
interview techniques, testing and profiling.
Approach
Passive candidates are not looking for a
new role and therefore their details are not
on databases or job boards. These
candidates are nurtured through
networking events and
social media sites such as LinkedIn. In
the UK, 66% of LinkedIn users
are passive, yet 74% of users are
interested in hearing about potential
new opportunities. We invest time
pro-actively cultivating these exclusive
contacts, so you can be sure that you will
not receive their CVs from any other
recruiters.

target and approach identified

Attract We manage an ongoing, pro-active and comprehensive candidate attraction programme across a wide range of job boards and media. We also employ traditional recruitment methods such as window advertising in our High Street locations and referrals. We pre-select candidates using competency-based interview techniques, testing and profiling. Approach Passive candidates are not looking for a new role and therefore their details are not on databases or job boards. These candidates are nurtured through networking events and social media sites such as LinkedIn.
