Human Capital Consulting  was founded in 2001 Human Capital Consulting  was established on the principle of providing a business approach to human resource management for the benefit of the client We provided professional business and human resource services to more than 100 companies-foreign and Romanian, big and small, from most economic sectors We placed more than 500 candidates, for all types of jobs: admin-clerical, professionals, supervisors and managers, blue-collar; we successfully covered all functional specializations, and were able to find “best fit” candidates for all levels-from shop floor to the executive boardroom

Most beneficial when fluctuations in recruitment demands change rapidly and an organization needs a firm they can count on to ramp up quickly (e.g., branch opening, project)  On-demand RPO  – Staff augmentation when you need additional resource support quickly. We augment your existing team to support fluctuations in your hiring needs.  Research RPO  - Sourcing and candidate pipeline development, market research and analysis, database mining, social networking, and candidate relationship management
Executive search   and selection : we thoroughly cover the full process, to deliver a rich portfolio of talents from which you can best choose Executive Talent Sourcing:  we   make comprehensive use of all sourcing channels; we incorporated most recent candidate sourcing trends-professional networking/attendance of industry events, social media; however, our advantage in our in-depth labor market knowledge based on tens of years of experience in talent acquisition Executive Talent Assessment:  we successfully use reliable assessment tools-competency based interviews, assessment centers, to profile our candidates; client stands to gain from our work, as the outcome is reliable and trustworthy.
Trust & Confidence : Any information we learn about your organization during the consulting process will be held in trust and confidence and not disclosed to external parties. No Surprises : We will ensure that our service delivery procedures cover all relevant activities and therefore there will be no surprises. Regular Contact : As a minimum you will receive a brief written progress report every seven days. De-briefing of Candidates : Will be done within 24 hours of the service delivery  Rapid Response : All client calls will receive a response within 3 hours. Client Focus : We will conduct a client service review, 60 days after the completion of the assignment. Non –compete clause: A n ‘off limits agreement’ with you for all people employed by your company for an indefinite period in the future immediately we commence the recruitment assignment
