The Executive Search service is useful when the Client is searching for a candi-
date for a position which requires a high level of proficiency or special training in
a particular area.
From the start to the successful end, the name of your company remains con-
fidential in order to avoid misunderstandings. The chosen candidates have the
required profile and proficiency in the required field. Candidates are presented in
a detailed Personal Profile which states all the data from their education to their
current position, motivation factors and the professional expectations of the Can-
didate.

The meetings normally take place at the premises of our company Personality
that are fully available to the Client.
It is possible to prepare a Personal Proﬁle Analysis of the chosen Candidate
including various types of personal or psychometric testing. References regarding
the Candidate can be provided upon request.
The Price for this service is calculated individually, depending on the Client´s request.
The Guarantee for this service is 6 months.

The Recruitment service includes:
Defining the position
Advertising in media, on the Internet and partner web sites
Meetings between the Candidates and the Consultant
Providing psychometric testing upon request
Preparing a Profile of a Candidate – description of professional
qualities and abilities for the Client
Providing a meeting between the chosen Candidate and the Client
Complete and complex communication with the Candidate
until the position is filled
The price for this service is calculated from the gross beginning salary of the employee. In case
of filling several positions, or in case of varied levels of employees we offer an individual price.
The Guarantee for this service is 4 months.

This service provides You with the possibility to make use of a temporary
help with various tasks or projects during your company´s development,
when regular employees are unavailable, during unexpected situations or in
case of long term sick or maternity leaves. This service includes student and
part-time workers, but mainly for longer period or permanent cooperation.

Interim management is a very popular service, because Interim manager
often becomes temporary manager of the client. PERSONALITY is responsible
for the entire communication from the beginning until the end.
Selection of the right person with certain professional profile, personal
skills, knowledge and experience requires detailed analysis of the situation.
Based on the results of this analysis, Personality prepares the profile of a suitable
manager and consults it with the Client. Subsequently, we search for the most
suitable candidate in our database and introduce the candidate to the Client´s
management. We usually offer more than one candidate and it depends on the
client which from the offered Interim managers will be selected.
